Matt Killen has been in the energy efficiency and weatherization industry since 2009, building a career defined by hands-on expertise and a passion for raising industry standards. Based in Louisa, VA, he founded Building Performance Strategies to bring high-quality, student-centered BPI training to professionals across the country.
His career spans roles at CLEAResult, Diversified Energy, and PosiGen — where he serves as Director of Energy Efficiency — giving him a rare depth of perspective across utilities, trade allies, and program management that he brings directly into every class he teaches.
